    Hello,
At 1:23 minute, you enabled modify Security setting & entered new password and confirm.
But in my case, it is showing me one more field current root password (even though I am installing this first time). If i keep current root password field blank and go to next step, it is showing same error as in 1:32 minute. ( I have completely uninstalled norton and panda antivirus)

What current root password should I give to complete the setup?
    Is there any firewall problem?

With Lamp, Wamp and Xampp, is there any reason why it’s better to install Mysql and PHP on your PC for testing and learning ?

  20. alecTHElion Says:

MySQL is mealy a database app, people don’t necessary want to use it with PHP – like me :) its such a fast good medium.

So its good to have this (i can install it i am looking for something else, and just clicked)

as soon as your restart your computer it’s started
it’s named mysqld.exe runned by SYSTEM, so you need to click the checkbox ‘Show processes from all users’ in the “Task Manager”
